These terms apply to purchases from STOOGZ at stoogz.com. Contact us at stoogzco@gmail.com with questions about your order.

Products and orders

Our clothing is printed to order. Please review the design, colour, size guide, delivery address and checkout total before placing your order. Product images show the intended design; screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your consent.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Prices may change for future orders; changes do not alter orders already accepted. Any import duties or charges payable on delivery depend on the destination and applicable law.

Production and delivery

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems as required by law. Contact us promptly if your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or sent incorrectly.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Voluntary changes may not be possible once production starts. Our return and refund policy explains returns, faulty-item remedies and applicable cancellation rights. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Consumer protections

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable consumer law. These terms do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Website use and intellectual property

You may browse the store and purchase for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or copy artwork for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Payments and store services are supported by Shopify and other service providers.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms for future purchases. Orders already placed remain subject to the terms applicable when purchased, together with mandatory law. For help or to raise a complaint, email stoogzco@gmail.com with your order details.
